Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your new clothes from Glitchy! But sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or maybe you change your mind. No worries! Here’s a quick rundown of our return and refund policy to make things easy:

What can be returned?

• Unworn and unwashed items with original tags still attached can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items that arrive damaged or faulty can be returned at any time for a full refund, with proof of purchase.

What can’t be returned?

• Items that have been worn, washed, or have their tags removed.
• Discounted or sale items (unless faulty).

What do I need to return an item?

• A copy of your order confirmation email (printed or digital).
• The original item in its original packaging (including any tags).

How do I return an item?

1. Reach out to our friendly customer support team by emailing Contact@glitchy.in or calling +91 7881188696.
2. Let them know you’d like to return an item and provide your order number.
3. We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to return your item (it’s usually free!).
4. Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds:

• We’ll refund your original purchase price to the same payment method you used.
• Return shipping costs are covered by you unless the item is faulty.

Things to Keep in Mind:

• Sale items: Unfortunately, discounted or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Exchanges: We don’t currently offer exchanges directly. However, you can return your unwanted item and then place a new order for the correct size or style!
